Norca Air conditioning and Refrigeration was established in 1972. It was founded by Mr. Manuel Rodriguez, and his wife Carmen. The company was named Norca as a combination of the names of their daughters Nora and Carmen.
Miss Nora Rodriguez married Bruce Nordhagen. Bruce started as a service apprentice and gained a complete knowledge of A/C and refrigeration. He brought a strong desire and capacity for great accomplishments. As the Service Manager he immediately began to modernize the business with computers and software tailored to his vision of prompt, economical service, with computer tracking of call-backs and warranty service. The computerized Service Call System has been progressively upgraded and refined, and is continually enhanced & still used today.
Through hard work and dedication, the business grew and became known for professional and excellent service. Undertaken projects were of greater and greater importance.
Through the years, Norca has also contributed to many well known commercial and condo/housing developments in Miami Dade and Broward.
