​Residential Membership Plan – Terms & Conditions

Equipment Eligibility
Residential Membership Plans apply to residential DX split systems and water-source heat pump systems up to 5 tons per unit.

Priority Service Appointments
Priority service appointments are provided Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding weekends and company-observed holidays.
Same-day priority service is available for qualifying plans when requested before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, subject to technician availability.

Precision Tune-Ups
Precision tune-ups are performed according to the number included in the selected membership plan. Tune-ups are scheduled during normal business hours. Repairs or services not included in the tune-up will be quoted separately.

Air Filter Fulfillment
Membership plans that include air filters provide MERV 8, 1-inch multi-pleated filters.
Filters are shipped upon customer request once per year, beginning after the first completed precision tune-up.

Minimum Membership Term
All membership plans require a minimum commitment of one (1) year.
If a membership is terminated before the completion of the first year, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining balance of the first-year membership. Any discounts on repairs or reduced minimum service charges applied during the membership period will be adjusted accordingly.

Additional Terms

Membership benefits apply only while the plan is active and in good standing. Plans are non-transferable and intended for residential use only.
Norca Air Conditioning & Heating Corp. reserves the right to modify scheduling or availability due to workload, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
