Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC Service Technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing various mechanical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn from experienced technicians by observing and participating in hands-on tasks.
- Support clear and effective communication with customers while on-site.
- Follow safety protocols and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and contribute to efficient problem-solving.
- Participate in occasional on-call duties and after-hours work.
- Assist in driving company vehicles to job sites and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Assist with lifting, climbing ladders, and accessing equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Desire to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Fluent communication in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable by the company).
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile devices.
- EPA certification is advantageous.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
